Proposal for a month of various actions commemorating the third anniversary of the start of the war on Iraq. 12 yes, 2 abstentions. 4. National Campaign for Non-violent Resistance- "National Stand Down Day." level1. 18 November, 2005. Calling for civil disobedience and all manner of actions at military recruiting stations across the country. unanimous passage. 5. National Youth & Student Peace coalition's call for "Not Your Soldier Day." 17 November, 2005. level 1. They are organizing demonstrations at military recruiting stations nationally. unanimous passage. 6.
