UFPJ Relations Working Group Created on: Tuesday, March 8, 2005 Coordinator: Katie Nelson katharinene DAWN has a seat on United for Peace and Justice's (UFPJ's) Steering Committee. The working group is for coordinating our national involvement with UFPJ. DAWN representative on the Steering Committee is Katie Nelson. As part of DAWN's platform to democratize the process in UFPJ andthe Steering Committee to a wide diversity of voices, especially increasing the power of local organizations to have a voice in the national movement, Katie works within DAWN'sprocess to represent the group within UFPJ. The working group discusses all issues related to UFPJ and works with DAWN's general meeting to help Katie represent DAWN, as well as any other issues related to UFPJ.
