4) Level 2 Endorsement to develop and send a letter in the name of DAWN to the Mass Media demanding competency and to plan for the National Press Clubpanel on 9/4/03. Passed Unanimously - Working Group formed 
 
5) DAWN will spend 15 minutes to discuss the recent bombing of the UN in Iraq at our next meeting. 11 For 2 Agt 3 Abt - Passes
