Come out,celebrate, and become a part of The Washington Peace Center on December 3, 2005 from 6PM to 9PM. The potluck festivities will begin at 6PM and local activist Damu Smith and national independent journalist Amy Goodman of Democracy Now will be honored. Music and poetry by Mark Nickens, the Rhythm Workers Union, and the DC Guerilla Poetry Insurgency. The celebration will happen at Foundry United Methodist Church located at 16th and P Streets NW, Washington DC.
