XXX UPDATED INFOXX
Some feel that a solid estimate for today's (October 26 - No Human Blood for Oil) Anti-War March was 150,000 people strong. DAWN tablers spoke with people from throughout the nation who came to DC for the anti-war march.

But is Bush counting?

Help broaden the analysis of Oct. 26. Come out to our meeting, Tuesday night, Oct. 29, and plan on gearing up for anti-war events inspired by people like you.

Join hundreds of D.C. activists on Saturday, October 26th to protest the double injustice of slashing domestic social programs while sacrificing countless lives in a genocidal quest for oil and American corporate hegemony.

This march will feed into the larger demonstration sponsored by ANSWER ( www.internationalANSWER.org ).

CALL TO ACTION:

We’ll gather at the Columbia Heights Metro at 14th and Irving Streets, NW around 10:30 am.

This is close to the under-funded Upper Cardozo Public Health Clinic and to the LaCasa Homeless Shelter that is slated to be closed.

We will march south to Cardoza High School and then to the Washington Post, (15th& L), where we’ll let ‘em know how we feel about their inaccurate reporting.

Next, we’ll head down to the White House and across on H St., through GW University and down 21st to the Vietnam Memorial. We aim to arrive by 1:00 pm.

Join us in puppetry, music, and particpating in a local homegrown march against imperialist war.
